Why Pilates?

Pilates can be beneficial for everyone, no matter your previous movement experience. It can be complimentary to other sports and activities, as well as a low-impact workout that both lengthens and strengthens your body. Pilates was created by Joseph Pilates to improve and incorporate breath and mindful movement into daily life, and that is evident in our posture, mindset, and figure while practicing Pilates. 

About 

Catie received her Reformer Pilates certification in May 2021 through Polestar Pilates. She is almost finished with her comprehensive training, and has had an abundance of teaching experience during her time in Cleveland in 2021/2022, expanding her teaching to multiple studios, at home, and at Miss Kristin's Dance Studio. Catie is relocating to Chicago and will be building her business there, but is still available for lessons over Zoom. Contact below for more information!
